Your opinion on this simple burrito?

pick some red hot cherry peppers and cayenne peppers from my plants. dice them (not a whole lot) and saute them in olive oil with onion and garlic. take the pan and pour all this into simmering sloppy joe sauce. stir it in, then add it to ground beef and make burritos. sound good?
