I have a math teacher thts really nice but shes new to the whole teaching thing so help please?

she always gets confused whn she teaching so the girls all start to laugh or whisper behind her back she evn said sorry whn she said someones name alittle to harshly i feel really bad so does anybody hav any tips for a really easy to understand algebra outline nn on how she can more respected?
