Did I just eat the most non-amazing nectarine in history?

It was like biting in to a juicy ball of water... with just a slight hint of nectarine flavor. It's so funny too because it looks great, juicy as can be, golden yellow and red, but it literally tastes like water with just a slight fruity flavor. WTF
