Well what i think you can do is just continue talking to him when he is by himself. You know to keep him company when your brother isnt in the room or something. Just be carefuL with what you say around your brother. Maybe you guys could do some activities together. But be careful that you aren't flirting in front of your brother hey may yell at you or something. OR you guys could have a relationship and tell your brother later when you beieve it is time.
