How to get on man vs food?

i I have restaurant in Maryland and we have a burrito that is 2 feet long and 9 pounds. we have gotten many requests to email man vs food to be asked to be put on the show. We were wondering how we can do that because we found out that this will be biggest burrito he will have eaten. there was one that 2 feet but 6 pounds... But yea what do we need to do to be put on the show and how do we do it? Thank you
