Do U know anybody who thought kissing on the 2nd date is too soon & was still seriously interest n the person?

Why would some women think like this ? Are they really just not interested in the guy and just want to be takin out ? I never took a women that I liked and she said she interested to on 2 dates and not gotten at least a kiss, its just weird and confusing. Like I went in to kiss her after both dates and she moved her mouth away, I kissed her on the nose 1st time and cheek 2nd time......yeah bummer. But after the 1st date she text me, when are we going to hangout again and I like your style, stuff like that. I dont think she is a goldigger , cause 1st date was at chipolte( burrito shop) and 2nd was at my apartment watching movies. Also, we were hooked up by my friends girlfriend if that matters at all. So what is yall opinion on this matter......SO HOW SHOULD I HANDLE THIS ISSUE PROPERLY ? I appreciate your answers !!!!
