Why do i feel weak without energy?

I had/have a stomach ache wich made me not want to eat. Yesterday all i ate was drank a sprite and a mcdonalds breakfeast burrito in the morning .. The day before i drank an arizona And ate a little bit of salt cookies. PLEASE HELP ME! Thank You
