What is the fastest way to lose weight?

well i changed my eating habits i skip breakfast and lunch and for dinner i have a half of burrito and a few crackers or i will just eat a noodle. I run for 2 hours and i excerise in my house for a hour the thing is im not losing any weight people say im skinny but i don't feel like i am do you have any advice on how to lose weight fast?
