Overdose of stool softener?

Have an eating disorder and I binged on veggies and veggies burrito. I took 9 stool softener pills. I am scared now. It says to not overdose. But the other day I took 5 pills. Today I took nine. Nothing happened last time at all. I didn't know you can overdose until today.
