That's a good diet, but your weight is normal for your height. Here's my diet- I eat cooked egg whites with bread and a little mayo. I can also add salt or pepper, or both, as much as my liking, just not too much! I eat like that for all meals, or just breakfast and dinner, until you lose enough weight as you want. It's actually really healthy, but I just remember to drink milk, orange juice,and take a multi-vitamin, so that way I don't miss out on all of the important nutrients that you need. Hope I helped.
