I've been trying to eat right but I messed up today. Also, tips for oatmeal?

losing weight is more about eating right than exercising. cut out peanut butter, and milk, and add more vegetables. I like oatmeal with a lot of other stuff in it,,, like added oat bran, cut up almonds, and dates or raisins. Take something for a mineral supplement. virtually everyone has a mineral deficiency, and they cause food cravings.
