Healthy food i can eat?

Hello, i am a 15 years old. I am wondering what can i eat to lose weight? I have been running atleast 2miles DAILY. and eat small snacks like Pears / Apples / Mangos. Sometimes eat a burrito on a whole wheat bread. Depending on what my family has in the fridge. Its hard to find healthy things to eat as for my family is on the UN-Healthy side. If you open the fridge u find all sorts of pudding and junk food. and you open the cabinets you find chips and all sorts of food that is super un healthy. I am wondering what i could buy that is cheap. Or what i can make that is easy to cook like Eggs / Steaks / Fish / Chicken and all that. If any recipes known that are easy to cook, or any easy snacks like tuna on whole wheat bread or something. I need help on deciding what to eat. and when to eat it. Thank You (:
