Did I eat okay today? intake?
WTF..7000 Cal's.. is way to much, you should eat about 2,000.. to 2,500 ...cut out a coffee.. take out the cookies. nix the soda.. or at least drink Diet soda, and take some multivitamins, & work out. Good Luck!.
