Are the International bankers selling out their U.S empire? will the U.S follow Germany before?

From the debt, endless hefty wars, to the political and racial divisions, to the unemployment, to the loss of credibly and respect of U.S around the world, some experts might think that the International bankers have finished with their U.S empire experience and moving on to new stars in the world stage (China and India). Their are only two reasons why I think they still have their U.S empire babies full backing but with more control through the misery they are exerting; 1) The U.S still has more oil and gas reserves then the total world combined. 2) I do not see those elites spawns living in China or India or even wanting to be part of their culture, Europe, U.S and Israel will always be their preferred destination.
