___-----Adderall Question......................…

ok so i took adderal last night. 30 mg xr(highest miligram for xr) and i was like tweeking out i had fun talking to people last night but when i got home i just started cleaning ****,vacuming, moveing stuff around and was all cracked out i forced myself to eat but all i could eat was one tiny burrito thing and i dont think i ate all of it. so i basically cleaned all last night until 6 a.m.then i went to bed i woke up at like 2. and now i have a killer migrane/headache and my whole body aches. how can i get this "adderall hangover" to end fast?????
